As friendly as his namesake, and certainly his deep psytrance will transport most ravers to somewhere approaching Nirvana (or at least an altered state of consciousness). Formerly of the awe-inspiring legends of the psychedelic genre Cosmosis, Laughing Buddha split as a side-project in 1998 and since then has toured the world, seeking (and being sought) by the crowds of dreadlocked hippies searching for enlightenment in his all-absorbing soundscapes. He played at the first ever Hoodoo, putting on an awesome show amongst the goblin paintings and life-size pixies of our psy-room.
