BeatNik is a 20 year old Psytrance music producer and DJ who, despite his young age has already been producing electronic music now for over a decade. His sound is a combination of many elements: From funky cheeky electro edged grooves, to more full-on darker sounds and structures, to filmic edged soundscapes. This alongside a highly energetic live set!He studied classically from the age of four, playing piano (classical and jazz) and bassoon stopping off at various instruments along the way: e.g. Violin, Drums/percussion, recorder… as well as the latin-style nose-flute.
His first CD release was back in December 2005 on Streamline (Nano Records)… and has had more releases on other influential labels such Sonic Dragon (Album: Get Your Wonk On) and Liquid Records (Album: Divine Inventions)
